Conflicts take on all forms, whether it's an internal struggle between values or emotions or something external about family, love or war. Maybe your story has conflict as it's central theme or just as its backdrop. We can all relate to conflict in one of its many forms and tonight we'll be sharing stories with the aim of utilising our conflicts for the ultimate aim of peace.
Our storytelling shows are friendly. open, intimate and honest and the stories moving, life-affirming, shocking, captivating or just plain hilarious. The stories tonight will enable us all to connect with the different types of conflict that are ongoing within ourselves and the rest of the world which is what EcoME are advocating through their work in the West Bank.
We would love to hear your story if it relates to 'conflict' in any way. If you would like to tell a story on the night, please use the form below
"Peace is neither the absence of war nor the presence of a disarmament agreement. Peace is a change of heart"
Natural Born Storytellers have teamed up with EcoME to raise money for their excellent work on the West Bank where they run a Centre for Peace & Ecology. Their work encourages dialogue between people from both sides of the wall in an accessible and safe space. EcoME is an independent grassroots organisation that is run purely on individual donations. You can read more about what they do at www.ecomecenter.org
If you would like to support Melissa at EcoME but cannot attend this event, we've set up a crowdfunding page to help Melissa reach her target at:
